Latest Delivery Update - 23/03/23

We offer a delivery service direct to store, site or home. We are working hard to deliver your goods within 24-48 hours, but due to high demand there may be some delays. You will receive updates via phone or email.

Did you know you can manage all of the below yourself by visiting ‘your account’:

• For Orders placed as "Pre Order" the maximum delivery time is 12 weeks from the day of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] or 0116 216 0650 for more accurate delivery information.
• For any orders less than 3 days over your delivery date please use your tracking number in the dispatch email to track your parcel online.
• For Click & Collect orders we’ll send an email or we will call you when your order is ready to collect, to avoid any unnecessary journey we advise not to travel to store before receiving the ‘Collection Ready email’.
• Geographical restrictions still apply - For the Scottish Isles, The Isle Of Man and certain mainland post codes the delivery service is currently between 5-7 days.
• We are not currently accepting orders from Northern Ireland, if you wish to place an order please contact us for further instructions.
• Same Day Dispatch - when you order before 3 PM.
