Design Highlights

• Casing: The casing is primarily constructed from polymer, with models 355 and 400 featuring additional reinforcement with a metal housing.

• Impeller: The fan boasts a conically shaped polymer impeller with specially profiled blades. This unique design increases the circular velocity of the air stream, resulting in higher air flow and pressure compared to standard axial fans.

• Airflow Management: Specially designed components, including the diffuser, impeller, and airflow rectifier at the fan outlet, ensure smooth air flow distribution. This enables an optimal balance of high capacity, powerful pressure, and reduced noise.

• Motor: The Blauberg Primo EC features an energy-efficient EC motor operating on 220–240 V single-phase at 50 Hz. Equipped with ball bearings, these motors offer an extended service life of up to 40,000 hours and come with manual reset thermal overload protection.

Mounting Options

The Blauberg Primo EC can be mounted at any location and angle within the ductwork system. You can install several fans in parallel to increase air capacity or in series to boost operating pressure. The fan casing comes with fixing brackets for suspended mounting, and for models 355 and 400, an appropriately sized UM Primo bracket is available (ordered separately).
