How to install a VENTO.
VENTO is a through-the-wall heat recovery unit designed for straightforward installation into any external wall — making it ideal for retrofits and upgrades without the need for ductwork. As VENTO is a ductless ventilation unit, is not suitable for ducted applications.
VENTO DUO | MAXI | MIDI: All have a 160mm diameter aperture, so you’ll need a 180mm core drill, which is readily available online or from most reputable builders’ merchants.
VENTO MINI: Has a 100mm diameter aperture, so you’ll need a 125mm core drill.
Standard wall installation supports thicknesses from 300mm to 500mm, while a compact wall version is available for installations in walls as thin as 150mm.

Vento Speeds: You can choose between three settings: Low, Medium, and High.
Airflow: Moves up to 13 litres of air per second, helping to keep the air fresh.
Heat Recovery Efficiency: Can recover up to 95% of heat, saving energy by keeping warmth inside.
Sound level: down to: Very quiet, as low as 13 decibels from 3 metres away (about as quiet as a whisper).
Power Use: Uses as little as 4.45 watts of electricity , very energy-efficient.
Efficiency (Specific Fan Power): Uses just 0.49 watts to move each litre of air per second. Excellent for keeping energy bills low.

Every VENTO unit comes supplied with a white external acoustic baffle vent as standard, designed to minimise noise while maintaining airflow efficiency.
Need a different finish? Standard colour options also include black, grey, brown, terracotta, and buff to match most property exteriors.
For more architectural flexibility or to meet planning requirements, we also offer a metal primed vent. This version can be painted to any BS or RAL colour, giving you complete freedom to match specific palettes or design schemes.

The High Rise Vent Kit allows the full installation of VENTO heat recovery units from inside the building, no scaffolding required.

The kit includes a pre-fitted external hood that blocks rain and debris, with a secure, airtight seal for safe, compliant fitting at height.
